All prices are listed in Canadian dollars and include all customs, duties, and delivery surcharges.
Customers will not incur additional charges upon delivery. All orders placed on or before April 8, 2009 will be processed in U.S. dollars and the charge will appear
on your invoice as a currency adjustment in the payment section.
Please note: All orders processed after April 8, 2009 will be charged and processed in Canadian dollars.
For all orders, applicable taxes will also be calculated and appear on your invoice.
Please note that refunds for orders placed on or before April 8, 2009 will be processed and credited in U.S. dollars.
We accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards for all orders.
DHC also accepts payments by personal cheque. In the event of an overpayment, your refund will be held on account
and credited toward your next DHC order. You may also request to have your refund mailed to you by calling 1.800.DHC.CARE (342.2273)
and speaking to a DHC advisor. All refunds on purchases made by cheque are subject to a $15 processing fee. A fee may be assessed on all
returned cheques.
Please add the following sales tax:
13% HST for Newfoundland and Labrador, New Brunswick and Nova Scotia
5% GST for all other provinces
7% PST for BC & Manitoba
8% PST for Ontario
