Why did we move to Amazon?
It has been our pleasure serving our loyal customers in Canada since 2009. The most frequent criticism we've received from our Canadian customers is the slow delivery service caused by fulfilling the orders from our Pennsylvania warehouse. So, after much consideration, we decided to partner with Amazon's efficient Canadian distribution system for faster delivery to our customers, allowing us to greatly improve our service to you at a lower delivery cost. We are very confident in Amazon's customer service and believe you will be pleased by the additional benefits you receive by ordering from our Amazon store.   • Will I still get free samples with every order and in the box with my products?
    We're sorry, since fulfillment is now being done by Amazon, we are no longer able to offer four free samples with every order or free samples in your merchandise box. If you would like to request free samples, please call us at 800.DHC.CARE (342.2273) and one of our Customer Care Advisors will assist you.

  • Can I still return my products?
    Returns of items purchased through Amazon.ca are easy and are handled through Amazon.ca directly. To return your items, simply go to Your Account/Your Orders and click Return or Replace Your Items.
